- Business profile information: Business name, location, services offered, tone of voice preferences, owner or manager name, signature phrases, and any additional details you choose to provide about your business.
- Usage data: The customer review text you paste into the Service, any reviewer name you optionally provide, and the AI-generated replies produced for you, including any edits you make to them.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy. We receive limited information from Stripe such as your subscription status, billing cycle, and the last four digits of your payment card.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Service, we may automatically collect technical information including your IP address, browser type and version, device information, operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, and general usage patterns. This information is collected through analytics tools to help us operate and improve the Service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Generate AI-powered review reply suggestions based on your business profile and submitted review text
- Improve the personalization of generated replies by learning from replies you save, rate, or edit
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send transactional emails such as account confirmations, trial reminders, and billing notifications
- Respond to your support requests and communicate with you about the Service
- Analyze usage patterns and improve the Service
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
Service providers
We share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service. These providers process information on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations:
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
- Anthropic — AI processing of your review text and business profile to generate reply suggestions
- Supabase — database storage and user authentication
- Vercel — application hosting and deployment
- Google Workspace — business email communications

We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business transfers

5. AI Processing of Your Content
When you submit review text to the Service, that text along with your business profile information is transmitted to Anthropic to generate reply suggestions. This processing is necessary to provide the core functionality of the Service.
Please be mindful that review text may contain personal information about your customers. By using the Service, you represent that you have the right to submit such content and that doing so is consistent with applicable privacy laws.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as otherwise necessary to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Generated reply content, submitted review text, and saved voice examples may be retained to improve the personalization of the Service and for record-keeping purposes, in accordance with this Policy.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or misuse. These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure credential storage, and access controls.
